We start with a thorough pre-rinse to loosen dirt and debris, then work in a hypoallergenic, breed-appropriate shampoo from nose to tail. Dogs with skin sensitivities or allergies get an oatmeal or medicated formula — just let us know at drop-off. We take our time here. No rushing.
We never cage dry. Every dog is hand-dried by your groomer using a low-heat dryer while being continuously brushed out. This removes loose undercoat, prevents matting, and gives us a clear look at the coat before we start cutting.
This is where the style comes together. Your groomer uses a combination of clippers and hand scissors to achieve the cut you discussed at drop-off — whether that's a breed standard, a teddy bear cut, or just a clean trim. We finish by hand for a polished, even result.
